YES has the cross-grain symbol of Coeliac UK on the can, meaning that the beer is certified as gluten-free (with less than ten ppm). YES is an IPA with plenty of American hops in the recipe. And then some more of course in the form of dry-hopping. The powerful aroma is of tangerine and grapefruit, bursting out from a very pale and hazy yellow body. The taste is similarly big and fruity; in the mouth it feels rather thin and is over-carbonated but goes down smoothly enough. YES, it is a quenching and fresh-tasting beer.
