Klokk & Co - NADA

Described by the Norwegian brewery as a pale ale but this brew seems to have the taste profile of an American Pale Ale. Certainly the line-up of hops puts it in that ball park - Centennial, Citra and Columbus. The recipe includes wheat and oatmeal - unsurprising then that the beer is hazy in the glass. This vibrant orange coloured beer has a modest topping of white bubbles. The aromas are a punchy combination of citrus, grapefruit and floral notes. On the palate it is mainly one of a zesty grapefruit and the finish is crisp and bitter.
