Nirvana - Organic Pale Ale

Proudly displaying the Soil Association Organic logo, this pale ale utilises only British malts and British hops. It is suitable for vegans too. The beer is a vibrant clear orange. The head is slight and fleeting. On the nose it has a citrus tang - orange and lemon in the main. It has a medium-light body and low carbonation. The taste is a nice balance of caramel and bitterness that ends in a dry aftertaste. An enjoyable and refreshing brew, it is just a shame that it doesn't look a bit more lively in the glass.
