Jump/Ship - Stoker's Oat Milk Stout
Oats, cacao and vanilla in the recipe gives you a good idea of what to expect from this Scottish brewer's stout. It contains less than 0.5 % ABV, is vegan and is also GF. Upon pouring from the can it seems it was forgotten to put the head in; the phrase "flat as a millpond" apparently coined for this very beer. The aroma is full-on roasty coffee, which follows through into the taste but complemented by notes of dark chocolate and vanilla. The carbonation level is very low and the mouthfeel is on the slight side of moderate. The finish is dry and clipped. All in all, a well-balanced stout.
