Brulo - Dry Hopped Stout

Brulo is an Edinburgh-based brewer but this stout is brewed in Belgium by DeProef Brouwerij and comes in a 330ml can. It utilises six different grains and then is dry hopped with Simcoe and Columbus, which are not exactly traditional hops for a stout. At 0.0% ABV it is truly an alcohol free beer. Vegan, too but not GF. The aroma suggests a citrussy pale ale, but then the taste is more akin to a stout - liquorice, roasted grain and dark chocolate. The body is light and the finish is smooth as silk. The hops mean it is more refreshing overall than one might expect from a stout. It's an unusual combination but works well overall.
