BrewDog - Nanny State
A pale ale, but more tawny than pale in its appearance. The aroma is floral and citrussy. On the palate, it is initially quite sweet from all the malts used (eight in total) but soon the hops hit home. Nanny State utilises Ahtanum hops and has plenty of dry hopping to provide a very distinctive grapefruit tang to the beer. The bittering level is moderate, coming in at 50 International Bittering Units (IBU). A refreshing and light beer.
