A German beer produced by a restricted fermentation method and dry-hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic hops. It pours a gorgeous deep amber colour finished with a thick white foamy head that persists all the way down the glass. The fruitiness of the beer strikes your nostrils as soon as you raise the glass to the lips. The taste is also fruity and quite bitter - there are suggestions of pine, tangerine and papaya and all wrapped up in a full mouthfeel. The finish is dry and perhaps a bit too curtailed.
