Swinkels - Bavaria 0.0%

This is a pilsner style of beer which is brewed, as the name doesn't suggest, in the Netherlands. It pours nicely to produce a decent head and the beer is a typical (for a pilsner) vibrant yellow. There's not much given away on the nose, other than a little hint of brown bread. The taste is fairly anodyne - nothing really offensive, but nothing to really excite the taste buds. It is slightly sweet but with not much hop character to it. Drinkable is about the best to be said for it.
