...or n.b.t.r. as it likes to be known (Version 4). This 0.5%ABV pale has got to be the most headless beer ever poured from a can. The photo below was taken immediately after pouring. No head. Weird, because it's certainly got enough bubbles going on. Anyway, this is a very cloudy, very pale yellow brew, dry-hopped with both Simcoe and Bravo hops and the beer positively shouts citrus fruits as you bring the glass to your lips (you are using a glass aren't you). The taste is primarily grapefruit with a touch of lemon, making it a refreshing if rather sharp beer. It seems a bit gassy in the mouth, but the finish is pleasantly tangy. Overall it's rather thin.... and headless.
