The Harbour Brewing Company is based in Cornwall. It is not an AF specialist brewery and this IPA appears to be their first foray into the territory. The ingredients include malted barley, wheat, oats and lactose (so it is not suitable for a vegan diet). From the 330 ml can comes a very pale lime green beer whose thin head quickly dissipates. On the nose is a hint of grapefruit, which carries on into both the taste and the finish. This citrus profile is offset somewhat by a sticky sweetness. The mouthfeel is thin and it is a little gassy in character. As a general comment I found Blue Horizon to be a very one-dimensional brew and rather lacking in appeal.
