Thornbridge - Early Bird IPA
Thornbridge is a Derbyshire-based brewery, just outside the popular market town of Bakewell (home of the pudding) and set up in 2005. This 0.5% ABV pale ale comes in a 330ml bottle and utilises unspecified Australian and New Zealand hops. The ingredients also list wheat, so it's not GF. The frothy white head soon disappears after pouring, whilst the aroma is both fresh and hoppy. Tastewise, there is a good balance of citrus and pine and the slight body leads to a crisp rather dry finish. An easy beer to drink.
