Nogne O - Himla Humla IPA
This Norwegian beer arrives in a 330ml bottle and upon pouring creates a nice head atop a hazy body. The subtle floral aroma has a nice lemon edge to it. On the palate there is a mix of citrus fruit with a resinous base. The mouthfeel is light and the finish is zesty and a touch bitter. The components of the beer are well combined, nothing dominates but there's much to enjoy as one drinks. Barley, wheat and oats are the listed ingredients together with Vic Secret, Cascade and Citra hops. A tick in every box.
