Arbor - Wish You Were Beer
Wish You Were Beer is a pale ale which comes in a 568 ml can (a pint!) and is declared to be GF. The hops utilised are Citra and Mosaic. A bubbly white head appears as one pours the beer, but it soon dissipates. The aroma is quite citrussy, as one might expect from the hops in the brew. Tastewise it is strongly of grapefruit which follows through to the finish. The body is rather thin and it is a rather gassy affair. As it stands it is drinkable, but rather uninspiring - maybe Arbor should meddle with the recipe a little.
