Klokk & Co - FRIPA

Klokk is a Norwegian brewery and this beer is their India Pale Ale, Mosaic and Centennial being the hops of choice. In the glass it is a vibrant pale yellow topped off with a decent smattering of white bubbles. There is a heady mix of aromas to take in - pine, floral and fruits, especially citrus. The body is quite light but not thin or watery. The taste is mostly grapefruit and tangerine but also a touch of papaya or guava to take the edge off. The overall impression is one of a sharp and clean tasting IPA.
