Brussels Beer Project - Pico Bello

A 0.3% ABV hazy IPA which contains Amarillo, Citra, Ekuanot and Simcoe hops, together with pilsener and wheat malts, and oat flakes. The thick frothy head persists down the glass and on the nose there is a distinct citrus tang, as one would expect from these varieties of hop, particularly the Citra. There is also a sour note and this is apparent as well in the taste, which overall is mainly a mix of citrus, and herby/flowery characteristics. The mouthfeel is very soft whilst the finish is quite tart. The general profile reminds me of what seems to be Mikkeller's "house" style, but that comes from their own strain of yeast so this is presumably a coincidence. A pleasant beer, but a little too sour for my tastes.
