Jump/Ship - Flying Colours Pale Ale
This beer is both vegan and GF, and is flavoured with lime. The ingredient is apparent on the nose and then again when you taste it. It is the dominant flavour, complemented with touches of ginger and pine. The mouthfeel is moderate if a little effervescent. One is left with an aftertaste of citrus. Overall I found it rather tart, with the pronounced sharpness cutting through the malt base. Refreshing, but it could benefit from some more body to it.
