From the Leeds brewers Northern Monk comes this 0.5 % hazy pale ale. Packed into the distinctive 440 ml can are El Dorado, Columbus and Citra hops making sure there is a big hit of lemon and orange aromas when you open it and pour. The mouthfeel is quite firm, probably helped by the use of oats in the recipe and the carbonation is light. Tastewise Holy Faith is as fruity and juicy as you would expect from these hops. It's not too sharp either, as these types of beer can sometimes be. There's a balancing sweetness of caramel and melon to soften the citrussy elements. A very fresh brew.
