Jump/Ship - Goosewing IPA
Jump/Ship is an Edinburgh-based brewer specialising in AF beers. The ingredients listed on the 330 ml can are water, barley, hops and yeast. It is 0.5% ABV, vegan, GF and contains a measly 40 calories per can. The head soon subsides leaving one to appreciate the stone fruit and slightly spicy aroma. Tastewise, Goosewing is extremely well-balanced, bringing together citrus, pine and caramel flavours and with a delicate gingerish edge. The smooth mouthfeel ends with a bitterness that makes for a very drinkable beer.
